Popcorn Trees!

One of our favorite things to do when the seasons change is drive around and look for the ways that each season changes things! Spring and Fall are the most fun of course!  We have seen so many different colored trees!  They are beautiful.  Our favorite, however, just have to be the "Popcorn Trees" (white ones)...which makes the song that much more fun when we see for ourselves what it's talking about!

Everybody's kind of goofy in this picture...we had just played a round of tennis with some friends...and everyone was worn completely worn out!  Braydon even got so tired he resorted to sitting in the baby walker so he wouldn't have to sit on the ground!  What a nut!  When it came time to leave, he just stood up and walked it to the car for me...one less thing for me to have to carry.

And speaking of Braydon...he is a wild child in his own ways...but his energy is most usually directed at something specific!   He is good about keeping himself occupied!  He is always completely lost in his own thoughts....very detail oriented!  He put on a little puppet show for us with these Potato Head Critters that he made.  A whole new take on Mr. Potato Head....but very creative!
