Family Vacation - Part 2

So here is "our" house.  It turned out to be wonderful...plenty of room, and we all got to be together!  We had 23 people that actually stayed there...and tons more in and out.  Way better than a hotel!

 And here was the best thing about not being in a hotel!  Yard!  The little boys got lost out there one day.  Vanessa and I took turns seeing if they were all still alive.  We finally made them come in because it got dark!

Here's the view out the front living room.

The first morning was just everyone trying to recover from travel.  Family continued to arrive...and thus another of my favorite parts of the trip...we got to see Uncle Talo and his family.  Talo is Christopher's dad's brother.  We haven't seen them in several years, so that was great!  Spencer and Chelsea...we missed you!

We also got to meet Owen!  He is Uncle Afi's (another brother) son.  They live in Samoa, so meeting Owen was really neat (he is here serving in the military)!  My kids loved him!  He was so happy and so much fun to be around.  

 Here he is trying out some of Richie's salsa...Richie makes the best salsa ever!

 Not a very good picture, but here is Owen, Talo, and Christopher cooking up what turned out to be a ridiculous amount of chicken...just the way they like it!  Everybody EAT!

And here is my silly little Garron!  He pushed this little plastic owl around in the stroller forever!  What a nut!

That night we took all of the food and moved the party to Lindsy's parents' house!  We had a great time...

and we got to meet Lindsy's family!

 The kids had a blast swimming!  The water was so cold, but that didn't stop them!

 I had to document the fact that we took this trip too!  CHEESE!

 And this is the on-going DUNKING competition between Lehi and Kaywen...they do this every time!

And the big finale of the night...Owen started out trying to teach Rykin the Haka...and then all the little kids joined in.  It was great!  They had lots of fun!
