May I introduce our little "tricks" for the year! We had a ward trunk or treat in Lubbock on Thursday. We had fun with all of our friends... then when we got home, we had our own little Halloween party for supper with black lights, and fun food, decorations and clothes. Our milk was even glow in the dark! Fun, Fun!
On Saturday, we went trick or treating in Childress...how could we not?!? We love to be with our family. We miss them. (We do not miss the allergies in Childress that come along with this time of year. Christopher and I were miserable the whole time.) Childress does this great thing where all of the businesses downtown hand out candy...no driving all around town, hopping in and out of cars...it's all in one spot and it's safe and the kids love it! Mario and Luigi (aka Kacy and Hannah) caught Kaywen off guard! That's what family is for, right? They have so much fun when we all get together. Kaywen misses all of her cousins. Oh the love!
And this...is the whole crew! (All of them except for our sweet little Owen...we missed having him for Halloween weekend, but that's a bit too far for him to drive to go trick or treating!) We looked like a mob walking down the street. It was so hot...they got tired in a hurry!
